Check-in process lengthy due to only one automated machine available. Noise from the adjacent community basketball court after 10:30 PM could disturb guests. Balcony door locking automatically when shut from outside could use a notice for future reference.

The brunch offered great variety and kept us satisfied beyond breakfast. Unfortunately, the noise from the adjacent basketball court was quite disruptive at night.

i almost considered giving this hotel a good review, but the terrible smell of cigarettes in my room absolutely ruined it. plus, the food was like eating old cardboard—not what one woudl expect. and they had the nerve not to offer me any kind of complimentary gesture for my dreadful stay. simply unacceptable.

this summer holiday at tent playa de palma exceeded my expectations. the unlimited brunch until 1:30 pm was a game changer and the staff were super helpful. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach!

The breakfast offered a fantastic array of choices that went beyond what I expected. Plus, the staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, creating a welcoming environment during my stay.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was painfully slow, which dampened my initial excitement for the hotel. noise from adjacent guests disrupted my sleep on multiple occasions.

I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The unlimited brunch options were absolutely delightful, catering to various tastes with fresh and delicious food! the outside lounging areas provided a lovely view of the surrounding environment, perfect for relaxation.

It was just a great match for a fleeting pause in Playa de Palma with good value. The shower was really good, definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Arrive early if you want a good spot by the pool as the sunbeds go quickly.

The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond by surprising us with a birthday cake for my boyfriend, which made our experience genuinely special. Breakfast options featured a delightful variety, with a particularly good spread for brunch available until 1:30 PM. the room was quite basic, and noise from nearby facilities could be disruptive at times. Unfortunately, some staff interactions lacked warmth, impacting the service experience. Despite the shortcomings, the cleanliness of the property was commendable.

the location is convenient, just a short stroll to the beach! staff members truly excelled at handling the busy buffet area, providing excellent service with a smile. the outdoor pool and cocktail bar were perfect for relaxing!
